The Gift Card has a PIN code and for all Gift Cards it is 1234.This must be entered in the terminals of points of sale, if such method of confirmation is required. The shop staff are also informed about the PIN code.

Yes, it is possible to use the Gift Card for more than one purchase.

The User can receive information about the balance of the Gift Card free of charge at the RIGA PLAZA Information Centre, by phone or on the rigaplaza.lv website.

The Gift Card is valid for 6 (six) months from the date of activation (date of purchase).

It is possible to renew the Gift Card once within 3 (three) months after the expiry of the Card Use Period by paying a commission fee of EUR 7.50. In exchange for the replaced Gift Card, the User shall be issued a new Gift Card with the same balance as the replaced Card and the Usage Period of 6 (six) months. The User shall surrender the replaced Card at the information centre of sh/c Riga Plaza.
